Mindful Self Care Course

Mindful Self Care – A 6 week course of mindfulness and psychology designed to help you find more joy and take control of your own happiness and wellbeing.
Tuesday evenings Sep 19th – Oct 24th, 7:30-9:30pm
Each session includes mindfulness-based practices and is themed around a different element of wellbeing and self-care:
1. Introduction to Mindfulness
2. Appreciating what’s here
3. Mindfulness and the Body
4. Compassion and Self-compassion
5. Working with Thoughts
6. Everyday Mindfulness
This course takes place in a relaxed small group setting. It is suitable for people entirely new to mindfulness, as well as people who already practise it.
Places limited – booking essential.
Cost: €140, or €120 each for 2 people attending together. This includes all sessions, course handbook and guided meditations to use at home.
