Room Hire
Fermoy Community Resource Centre has rooms available to rent for meetings per day, half day or hourly. We recognise the varied needs of our community, which is why our adaptable rooms are designed to boost productivity and creativity for any purpose. Rooms can be arranged for all kinds of business and training occasions – just select a layout that suits your meeting.
- Boardroom – for formal meetings or interviews
- Classroom – for comfortable education environment
- U-shaped – enable and encourages open discussion
Additionally, our dedicated staff are always available to support you, ensuring your event goes smoothly so you can focus on what matters most.
Facilities
All our rooms are serviced by our in-house staff and have wireless internet.
We can provide: projector & white screen, flipchart, markers and paper; upon request.
All rooms are available to rent Monday to Friday during Resource Centre opening hours.
Room Rates
Room rates vary from €10 to €15 euro per hour.
Tea&coffee and catering is also available at an additional cost.
Discout rates are available for non-profit organizations.

Cahill Room: up to 20 persons
The Cahill room is on the ground floor and is the most popular room in the centre; it can cater for up to 24 people (u-shaped setup). This room is located on the ground floor so it is best suited to any group or organisation that may have people with mobility or accessibility issues.
Room 1: up to 12 persons
Room 1 is situated on the first floor and can accommodate 10-12 people.
Room 4: up to 12 people
Room 4 is situated on the second floor of the centre can accommodate between 10-12 people.
Room 6: up to 16 people
Room 6 is situated on the second floor and is also frequently used to deliver training or classes.
Room 7: up to 6 persons
Room 7 is situated on the second floor and is a smaller room; and is used frequently for one to one sessions or small groups meetings. This room also has a smaller room that can be used as a waiting area.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is situated on the ground floor, the room is available to rent Monday to Friday but is unavailable Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 8am – 1pm as the Meals on Wheels service occupies the room.
Courtyard & Backyard
Courtyard in front of the building is also available to rent.
